The AI Coach can be used with individuals, pairs, project teams, leadership groups, cohorts, or learning groups of any size, allowing users to explore behavioural dynamics beyond one-to-one comparisons. After adding your selected profiles and before asking your question, select whether you want the tool to analyse individually or as a group.
Can insights be adapted for different audiences or learning environments?
Yes. Administrator Account-level Users can request explanations or guidance tailored for different roles, experience levels, industries, or educational settings. This makes the tool particularly useful for consultants, educators and organisations working with diverse audiences.
Does the DISC AI Coach support multiple languages?
Yes. When prompted, the DISC AI Coach can generate insights and guidance in different languages, supporting organisations, consultants and programs working in multilingual environments.
How is this different from generic AI tools?
The DISC AI Coach is built specifically for applied DISC practice. Will end-user access become available soon?
Team8 People is currently evaluating end-user access needs for the AI Coach. Account-level access was prioritised as this is where the majority of our clients sit, working directly with consultants or facilitators who manage their own and client’s accounts. End-user access may be provided later in 2026, as an optional feature that can be elected by account administrators.
