DISC Profiles
DISC Profiling is a behavioural assessment tool that provides individuals with the tools they need to build self-awareness and critical interpersonal skills to elevate their performance. Team8’s DISC Profiles use proven techniques, based on decades of behavioural research, and are specifically for business, industry, and education. Each individual completes an online survey which produces a comprehensive, personalised report to apply to their personal and professional development.

While the individual DISC Profiles have enormous benefit and capability on their own, Team8 provides a suite of additional reporting capabilities to increase the value and application of the assessments in team, group, or development programming settings. Designed for use as part of a leadership or professional development program, or as a comprehensive and professional end of year performance review.
